The common color masterbatch raw material is PP / PE / PET, better options for pelleting system are water ring or water strand. Of these, the cost of water will be lower.In the choice of extruder, small and medium-sized output extruder is the most popular, and also the most practical. Different raw materials or formulations, different machine selection.
Of course, ABS/ PA nylon and other raw material, need more precise extruders and high temperature controls. So, Higher temperature raw materials require high temperature toner.
The pigment has better dispersibility in the product. SO, In the production process, the pigment must be refined to improve the dispersibility and coloring power of the pigment. The carrier of the special color master is the same as the plastic of the product, and has good matching. After heating and melting, the pigment particles can be well dispersed in the plastic of the product.
